The true taste of
East Kent.
Alc 5.0%

Kent hops are the best, best in a sparkling, bright, pale ale that's best drunk in the sparkling Kent sunshine, where the hops grow best. I use Goldings for a tangy, slightly astringent bitterness with Fuggles for earthly balance (and some others that I don't talk about). Suffice to say this is good, clean Kent Pale Ale.

Sturdy traditional Dark Porter
Alc 5.6%

The first beer I ever made was
Dogbolter and it's been shadowing
me ever since with its dark and
heady delights, growing up
over the years but never
mellowing, taking on new
dimensions without getting
pretentious. It does
hit the spot alright
but beware -
this Dog does bite.
