Balance is everything, in a beer, and in a brewery. Here we’ve learnt to mix innovation and change with custom and consistency.

Our ‘Regulars’ are those beers we’ve been making for years, are well loved and available all year round. They’re predominantly enduring Kentish style ales showcasing local hop varieties, such as the classic Northdown, and the peerless East Kent Golding. You can hang your hat on the Regulars.
Whether it’s boring brown Bitter, over-hopped Pale Ale or boundary pushing playground zeitgeist beer – balance is everything, and everything in balance.

It’s the ‘Irregulars’, those pop-up beers that appear just once or twice a year, that keep us fresh and invigorated. Drawn from a broader pantheon of beer styles, they feature some of those hops and malts that make for a delicious contrast to our daily pint.
​
And to keep things moving along we have our Small Batch Project, a space any of us can access to create prototype beers, without fear or favour. We don’t schedule these, so you won’t know they’re coming, and we think only of the beer, so you won’t find any funky artwork, or even a name sometimes. They’re just a startling flash in our lives to remind us that there are possibilities we never thought of.

You can buy our bottled and draught beer direct through the breweries new online sales, or from our little shop. You’ll also find t-shirts, caps, glasses and gift packs alongside randomly sourced bottled ales from other fine producers.
