When will my order arrive?

For deliveries further afield, we use a third-party courier, APC.
Whilst APC aims to deliver your order on the next working day, sometimes delays do occur. If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days, please get in touch with us. Deliveries may take longer in busy periods and over bank holidays.

Polypins:

If I don’t open it – how long will it last?

Our polypins come bright and ready-to-drink, made from fresh beer. For that reason, they must be drunk within 5 days of being made - regardless of whether you’ve opened them or not.

How should I store it?

Keep it cool! We suggest the perfect temperature for storing a polypin is 11˚c. In summer, freezer blocks down the inside of the bag

How do they work?

A polypin is a bag-in-box, with a tap attachment. Similar in appearance to boxed wine. We recommend keeping the box upright with the tap end uppermost, removing the tamper seal and venting any gas build-up. Then, simply serve! You can find these instructions on your polypin box, also.
